This AC Power Block offers four hospital-grade AC outlets and incorporates multi-stage surge protection from power surges. In extremely excessive surge conditions, an alarm will sound to warn the homeowner that power is now unprotected. The unit fits into the 28-inch Leviton Structured Media Enclosure and provides two cable knock-outs on the bottom for 15-amp power service connections. Other features include EMI/RFI filtering that meets UL1449 standards. Plus, AC line noise won't cause picture quality problems for your cable distribution amplifier, nor will it cause network LAN crashes on an Ethernet hub.
