The Xantech Audio Video Home Theater IR Intelligent System Manager allows you to create macros that will turn on and sync up to four audio video sources from the press of a single button on any IR remote control. By taking your existing remote control, you can program the System Manager to turn on the TV, DVD player and surround sound receiver, setting everything to the proper channel and volume level...just by pressing the 'Power On' button. The System Manager is compatible with virtually any home theater and IR controllable device using any one of Xantech's adjustable delay and sensitivity sensor modules: audio, magnetic, LED & light, contact closure and AC/DC voltage, each sold separately; it comes with one video sensor, additional sold separately. This gives you the ability to have automatic status control of up to four different audio video sources. At just over five inches wide, this compact unit fits easily into almost any entertainment center or audio video cabinet. Using XPS programming, it acts as a stand-alone device and does not require any programming software or computer for setup. The primary controller (or system reference device) can be set to a specific input at specific volume and audio mode (depending upon device capability). Sources can be set to Play (DVD/CD, Media Servers, etc) or tune to a specific channel (Cable, Satellite, XM, Sirius, AM/FM). No special remote or keypad is required. The System Manager will automatically respond to the primary controller to sync the other system devices, it can optionally be controlled via IR.
ExpandableMultiple Xantech Audio Video Home Theater IR Intelligent System Manager ISM4 Modules can be linked for expansion in systems with more than four devices. All devices will be synced to the system reference device on the primary module.
