The Tamper-Resistant Outlet/Nightlight replaces a standard wall outlet and features a UL-tested shutter mechanism for protection against improper object insertion, better protection than traditional outlet caps or protection plates, which can be removed.
No bulbs will need to be replaced in this nightlight. Since it uses an energy-efficient LED, the Tamper-Resistant Outlet/Nightlight will last for an average of 20 years, and you don't need to turn it on, since it contains a sensor that turns the light on automatically when it grows dark.
The Tamper-Resistant Outlet/Nightlight is durable, as well. Along with an impact-resistant face and back body, the unit also has a GE Lexan high impact-resistant lens for protection against older children's rough play.
The Tamper-Resistant Outlet/Nightlight is also available in ivory. To retain two outlets, try the Tamper-Resistant Outlet in whiteor ivory instead. These units are all sold separately.
