Essential Info
Save energy by running your heater and air conditioning only when you're at home. The 1-Day Programmable Digital Thermostat allows you to program the heater to turn on half an hour before you normally arrive home or run the air conditioning only when necessary to keep the pets cool while you're at work. Compatible with both heat/cool and heat pump systems, the 1-Day Programmable Digital Thermostat will control up to two heat stages as well as one cool stage.

Easy to ProgramProgramming the 1-Day Programmable Digital Thermostat is easy, thanks to a bright backlit display and button legends. If you're setting up multiple thermostats in your home to control the temperature in different zones, you can even program them using a Venstar EZ Thermostat Programmer (sold separately), which lets you upload your settings to different rooms quickly.
Automatic or Manual Temperature AdjustingJust because you've set up your system doesn't mean you can't adjust the temperature manually when you're at home. For maximum ease of use, you can even use the Thermostat IR Control & Receiver, which lets you adjust the temperature from the comfort of your sofa using a wireless remote! Additional features include an auxiliary heat indicator and the option of adding an outdoor sensor.
Additional Programmable Thermostats AvailableThe 1-Day Programmable Digital Thermostat allows you to set up a single schedule of heating and cooling for your home. To schedule different heating/cooling activation on different days, choose the 7-Day Programmable Digital Thermostat (also available for dual-fuel systems).
Do you currently have an INSTEON network in your home? Try out the INSTEON Remote Controlled Thermostat kit, which includes this thermostat with an INSTEON Thermostat Adapter, giving you the power to control the temperature from anywhere in your home.
Please note: If you do not have a "common" wire running to your thermostat from your heating/cooling equipment, you may need either to run a new wire or to install a thermostat Add-A-Wire Accessory kit.
