More Info
|
This single small device turns your PC and phone into a powerful communication and management tool. Use your telephone's keypad or issue voice commands to control your lights, appliances, HVAC or audio/video equipmentanything connected to your HomeSeer Automation Software. You can stay connected at all times, surfing, downloading and talking on the phone over the Internet, all at the same time.
The Way2Call HomeSeer Phone makes calling out easy: just say, " Dial Bill Smith" or "Dial 911" or any other number for easy connection. If you're interacting with your computer on an in-house phone and an external call arrives, the call is announced over the phone, including any available Caller ID information. Switching to the incoming call is then easy. When Caller ID is detected, the ring pattern can be changed, so important calls or calls for a specific person can be assigned a special ring.
The Hi-Phone Desktop is a TAPI compliant device, designed for WAVE and TAPI environments, Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and convergence markets. It features powerful client-based CTI capabilities, while its open architecture gives system integrators and OEMs complete flexibility to develop a wide range of Telephony application solutions to suit different markets. The Way2Call HomeSeer Phone connects via USB for easy installation; please note that this device can only handle voice and will not act as a data modem.
Caller ID is a service your phone provider offers for a fee.
